The Network’s Philosophy

Here you will learn about the purpose of the network. A full explanation is provided as to why it exists, and what the long-term goal is.

Cause and Effect

I’ve created the network because each of its pillars embodies the importance of understanding the root causes of scenarios. My goal is to change the world by making those who interact with the network more focused not only the tasks in the pursuit of success itself but on the causes and effects that most notably change our world.

For example, historical wars have been won and lost because certain militaries had strong motives that kept them going while others had weak ideals that made them give up easy and fail in battle. Some militaries were strategic and valued the preservation of resources in warfare, while others focused too much on overt dominance, so that they lost resources and crumbled in defeat when wars ended.

The difference between these militaries? A difference in emphasis on cause and effect. Similarly, through my ventures I aim to ensure societal norms emphasize the importance of planning ahead and ensuring nothing is left to gamble away a worthwhile success. That could include anything, including making wise investment decisions to avoid market crashes, or developing a strategic game-plan leading up to a combat sports fight.

Power Over Bias

A great deal of the world is governed not by the truth but by biased opinions that more often than not stem from preconceived notions or how people were raised. A lot of these biased perspectives can interfere with how individuals work towards their goals. Many become rigid and lose the ability to adapt out of their fear of diverting from their old ways.

Through the documentation of my combat sports journey, talks on my show, and the Iron Fist Combat brand itself, I strive to make it known that success is only built when emotion is set aside and the focus becomes efficiency.

How can I maximize the money I make in minimal time? How can I spar more often without constantly losing brain cells? How can I decide which stocks to invest in and why? This is the hub that helps you formulate these kinds of questions, and provides that understanding of how decisions can be made with a rational approach.

Combat and Intellect

I find that the beauty in this world is that everything is interconnected to a degree. My life has always been governed by two things: mind and body. I’m a firm believer that without proficiency in one of these, you will suffer in another, and so this leads me to my aim of making people realize this interrelatedness and how it impacts their lives.

One major reason why I’m making a large part of the network centered around combat sports is because I want people to see that fighting is truly a way of life. You learn how to tame your body and in doing so you tame your mind, and the cycle repeats itself over and over again.

Through the documentation of my combat sports journey along with the talks covered in the show, I’d like to inspire members to partake in martial arts, to learn how to tame their own mind and spirit, while implementing the mental fortitude gained from pursuing combat sports to prevail in other elements of their lives. This is more than just fighting and strategy, but a combination of health and wisdom that compound over the years and carry over into how future generations choose to live their own lives as well.

Change Comes With Understanding

Any kind of change, whether it be in how economies fund interventions, the ways governmental leaders decide to provide for citizens, or the training methods a fighter implements when preparing for an upcoming match against an opponent, all require a fundamental understanding of why things happen. What is the purpose behind the implementation of a new economic policy? What is the motive behind a governmental leader’s decisions to provide for the people? Why should a fighter train one way for a match and differently for another?

What the network provides is a hub for mutual understanding, where we not only discuss recommendations for how issues of the day can be changed, but the specific reasons as to why those changes must be made? That’s exactly where the rational frame of mind comes into play.
