Meet Arshan Samimian: Road to the UFC
Arshan Samimian is an amateur MMA Fighter documenting his journey dominating the UFC. He is currently early in his fighting career, and is leveraging the show and his personal brand to scale across the combat sports landscape.

Arshan’s Story
Arshan grew up training in Taekwondo since he was little, but he always yearned for more aggression. In his teenage years he transitioned to boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and finally Mixed Martial Arts. His training consists of everything, ranging from conditioning circuits to long and arduous sparring rounds. When he’s not training he’s studying, as he values knowledge above all. He’ll take the time to check out fighters of all levels, including other competitors making their debut’s. For Arshan, this sport is a way of life, and he prides himself on his ability to keep going even when everyone has been long gone from the gym. Tune in to Arshan Samimian’s journey to the top, because he’s not planning on stopping any time soon.

The End Goal
Arshan was in middle school when he was playing a UFC video game on his iPad, and the thought crossed his mind: “What if I were to fight in the UFC?” Shortly afterwards he brushed off such an idea, not knowing he would one day make it his actual goal and do everything in his power to make sure that goal becomes a reality. For Arshan, he wants to become the best world champion out there to have ever fought in the UFC. He desires to leverage his success in combat sports to branch out with his MMA brand, Iron FIst Combat, expanding on an unimaginably large scale. He’s very excited to this where this journey will take him, as he finds his fighting career to be an opportunity to a lifetime to but not only to the world but himself what he is capable of.

The Purpose
Arshan’s motive derives from a feeling of confusion he would regularly experience growing up. He always felt slightly out of place, as if he wasn’t being himself and living his life authentically. Yet being in the cage and just fighting for the hell of it has brought out emotions and a pure side to his character not always seen by his peers. His goal is to prove to the next generation of rising stars that anything is possible, and that they never truly know their limits. He wants combat sports to be treated as a philosophy of life, where one gains mastery not only over the ability to fight and defense themself but to gain the ability to be autonomous, execute, and commit without hesitation.
